A Question For Global Peace Index

A survey, the first of its kind, is released by Global Peace Index of 121 countries about peacefulness. Norway ranked the top peaceful country of the world.

Afghanistan is not included in the list. Do someone know why?

I think the survey is incomplete without Afghanistan.
